Use Case 1 Writer (Support)
Situation: A writer is blocked and can’t get any further. He has run into a dead end. Despite his best efforts and all the tricks he knows, he is aware that he doesn’t know how to get out of it.
The right offer: From all the available offers he chooses Keywords-B and describes in his mail how the situation came up.
Procedure: Two hours after we receive his mail, we will send him an acknowledgement of receipt and confirmation that he will get the ordered keywords within the next 24 hours. Depending on the situation it is possible that we will deliver the keywords already within the acknowledgement of receipt. Included in this answer, together with the keywords, also send out our invoice and all informations necessary on how to pay.

Use Case 2 Writer (Support)
Situation: The same writer as in use case 1 is excited about the keywords he got. Still he isn’t able to finish the current scene respectively to add the next scene(s).
The right offer: Several options are at his disposal:

  • with the offer Ideas, development, scene(s) – B we propose in written how to finish the current scene or offer several scenes how to continue from the current one, or
  • depending how he prefers to work a consulting or coaching will work best.

Procedure: No matter which offer he chooses, 24 hours the latest after we receive his mail we will send him an acknowledgement of receipt and informations about the next steps. Only after the order has been completed, we will invoice.

Use Case 3 Game-Designer (which offer to choose?)
Situation: A game-designer is devising a card-game and she is so stuck with catching titles for the single cards that her thoughts run in circles. All her current sources for inspiration aren’t really helping. In her search she discovers Ahbaron Enterprise and decides to run with us. In her mail she describes her situation as good as possible but isn’t sure which offer to choose.
The right offer: 24 hours at the latest after we have receive her mail we will send her an acknowledgement of receipt and  informations about the next steps. In this case the next step is essential, a call by phone, skype or facetime. We offer several dates for an appointment. During the call we will analyze the situation and solve it if possible. If no solution can be reached, it will end with a clear schedule on how we will proceed and which offer applies.
Procedure: Only when the situation can’t be solved during the first appointment the order is processed as agreed upon. We will not invoice before the offer is fulfilled.

Use Case 4 Roleplayer (Coaching)
Situation: A young woman takes a shine to role-playing games and has been accepted to enter a group. For the next session she has been tasked by the gamemaster to develop her character. While the game-rules are clear to her, she isn’t really sure how she can merge the background of the world as received from the gamemaster with the background she has developed for her character. She contacts Ahbaron Enterprise to book a coaching.
The right offer: 24 hours at the latest after we receive her mail we will send her an acknowledgement of receipt and informations about the next steps. In this case the next step is essential, a call by phone, skype or facetime is essential. We offer several dates for an appointment. During this call we assess the needs and clarify the situation. This free call requires one hour maximum. At the end of this call it will be clear if and how Ahbaron Enterprise can help this client.
Procedure: When the prospective buyer and coach reach an agreement she books the coaching and receives within the next 24 hours an e-mail with all informations for the following procedure and several dates for the next three coaching-sessions. In this step it will also be determinated how the billing shall be handled. Ahbaron Enterprise will send a first bill after 10 hours at the latest even if the coaching still continues. The coaching can be canceled anytime and only the services provided will be invoiced.

Use Case 5 Theater group (Consulting)
Situation: A locale theater group has more performers than parts to assign and the director has no idea how to handle the situation. By a known acquaintance he learns about Ahbaron Enterprise.
Consulting or Coaching: 24 hours at the latest after we receive the e-mail we will send an acknowledgement of receipt and all informations about the next steps. In this case the next step is essential, a call by phone, skype or facetime. We offer several dates for an appointment. During this call we assess the needs and clarify the situation. This free call requires one hour maximum. At the end of this call it will be clear if and how Ahbaron Enterprise can help the theatre group.
Procedure: When the prospective buyer and consultant reach an agreement a consultation will be booked and the theater group receives within the next 24 hours an e-mail with all informations for the following procedure and several dates for the next three consulting-sessions. In this step it will also be determinated how the billing shall be handled. Ahbaron Enterprise will send a first bill after 10 hours at the latest even if the consulting still continues. The consulting can be canceled anytime and only the services provided will be invoiced.
